100 Years of International Women's Day: Celebration or Commemoration?

PES Women believes that we need to celebrate what Clara Zetkin has achieved, but at the same time remain vigilant on what still needs to be achieved. In an aging society where pension schemes are being reformed, PES Women wants to raise awareness and tackle this very issue and therefore today call for the EU to address mainstream issues like gender pension gap and not just ‘women in the boardroom’.
