Fair and sustainable growth in a social Europe can only be achieved with strong municipalities, cities and regions. Through their investments, their economic promotion and innovative infrastructure policies they can give a strong impulse for sustainable growth and make an important contribution to the safeguarding of jobs and the creation of new employment.
