Mediterranean co-operation


The PES is developing frequent contacts with the countries of the Mediterranean region. PES and SI party members discuss intensively and concretely of the Euromed relations on various topics such as the democratic challenge of the region; the development of a just and fair trading system; the promotion of intercultural dialogue and the perspectives for peace in the Middle East.
