Interview with Mona Sahlin - First female president of SAP Sweden
Mona Sahlin, born on 9 March 1957 in Sollefteå, Sweden, is married and has three children. From 1982 to 1990, she was Member of Parliament and chair of the Committee of Working Hours. She has had several ministerial posts and was Secretary General of the Swedish Social Democratic Party (SAP). Reelected Member of Parliament in 2006, Mona Sahlin became SAP Leader at 17 March 2007.
