yes there is a socialist party in Iceland, which is affiliated with the Socialist International, the global umbrella organization of which the PES is a member.
You can find a list of all worldwide socialist parties at www.socialistinternational.org.
The party in iceland is called "Social Democratic Alliance" and has a website at http://www.samfylking.is/. -
