Well, the Labour Party has just pushed a law through the British House of Commons extending the maximum period of imprisonment without charge to 42 days. 42! All other political parties, except the ultra-right Democratic Unionists from Northern Ireland, opposed the Labour position.
What is the PES doing about it? -
