Discuss Delors' ideas on European integration

I am a policy advisor of the PES and my field of work includes the PES network on the constitutional treaty and “A People’s Dialogue”.
I would like to present you a discussion paper which deals with Delors' triptich for European integration. His vision of integration contained “Competition that stimulates, cooperation that strengthens and solidarity that unites”.
The disussion paper isn’t written by Jacques Delor himself. It represents a concentrate of all his speeches and publications and was provided by my colleague Hugo de Sousa
