I'm a 25 years old boy from Genova, Italy. I'm an activist in Ds (a party in PES) and I'm a member of the "direttivo" of the local Ds' section. I'd like to get in touch with other young european PES members, to exchange ideas and opinions.

I am a progressist and a socialdemocratic and the party in which I am involved and my conscience make me feel in the PES (Democrats of Left are a full part of PES nowadays).
In Italy we are trying to construct a new progressist party with the left-catholic party present in our country to build a stronger party (Democratic Party) based on riformism and porgressism to win on the right coalition lead by Berlusconi.
I think this process will be interesting also for progressist parties in Europe and in the world.
We have to be all together to win on the conservators and the right. -

I think we have to involve SDI (socialist democratics), the greens, the instances of justice taken on by Di Pietro and its party, going in the direction of the wilder "Ulivo".
That is the base, I think. And also in the global scale alla the progressist actors have to work together to build a global "ulivo" cause we have deep problems in the future to resolve: climatic changes, energy, natural resources, the building of a strong political EU able to be a strong political actor in the world to promote peace and dialogue among cultures...
