It talks about how university educated who were born in Belgium but have a different colour , name or ethnic orignis, are excluded from jobs and marginalied in society. If european countries treat elites of immigrants in this way what they expect from others.
How we as socialist and social democrates can create platforms, discussion groups,.. to create alternative answers to this huge problem. I am ready for full disucssions, constructive talks research and so on. -

This problem continues to be neglected because Europeans dont appear to have such sizeable minorities as the US. That makes raising awareness for discrimination all the more challenging.
